It can quiet the noise, draw our attention inward, and give us permission to simply be still for a while.My sound sessions are invitations to slow down and listen—not just to the sounds around you, but to yourself.I work with crystal singing bowls, gong, tongue drum, and other instruments to create immersive sound experiences that encourage rest, reflection, and presence.

I'm Crystal, and I've always been spiritually curious. My first experience with Tarot happened on a whim — a flea market reading as a teenager that left me curious, intrigued, and quietly changed. That moment opened a door I didn't yet know how to walk through, but it stayed with me.Like many of us, I spent years trading that inner knowing for the beliefs and expectations handed to me by society. I built a life that looked successful from the outside, but I lost myself along the way. Tarot found me again during a season of deep change — becoming a new mother and trying to make sense of who I was becoming. Tarot became my mirror, my guide, and a tool for self-discovery.What began as a personal practice grew into something I felt called to share. I trained, practiced, trusted my intuition, and eventually began offering readings to others. Along the way, I found myself held within women's circles that changed my life. These spaces taught me the power of being witnessed, validated, and supported — and eventually, I stepped into holding that space for others.Music and sound have always been a part of my emotional language. When sound entered my life, it felt like coming home to a form of expression I had always known. Sound gave me another way to work with energy, emotion, and the body — creatively and intuitively — and to expand my practice beyond words.Today, I bring together Tarot, sound, ritual, reflection, and storytelling to create experiences for the seasons, transitions, and thresholds of life. I'm especially drawn to the in-between places — the moments when something is changing, ending, beginning, or asking to be seen differently.You can simply arrive as you are. We'll start there.
